I am in Paris. Today we rode the metro. I went to Musee D’ Orsay and Jardin des Tuileries. I saw museum with lots of paintings and art sculptures. The Tuileries was a cool park that had a hammock, jungle gym slide and a balance board. I had a lot of fun at in Musee d’ Orsay.
Yesterday I went to Conciergerie. First it was a palace then it was a prison. First we saw Salle des Gens d’ Arms, “The Hall of Soldiers”. In it we saw four fireplaces. The fireplaces were so big they could fit seven people in it. Next we went to the kitchen and we saw more fire places and big wide white columns. Finally we saw the Prisoner’ corridor and Salle de Noms. In them we saw lots of cells and you could search for information about the prisoners. They way they were punished was they cut off their head. I had a lot of fun at the Conciergerie.
I went to Jessica’s house, to learn to sew. I sewed a stocking. First, I picked my stocking colors. My colors were green and white. Next, my partner came. I was very excited to meet her. Her name was Abby. Then, Jessica had us practice sewing straight lines. Finally, we sewed stockings. It took two hours. It was fun!!! I can’t wait to do it again!
I am geting a new fish. I had a beta fish.
